    Hi Chris,

I have found your site to be very informative. I’ve been an RN (ADN) for 24 years, have a very strong clinical, and Case Management background as well as many years of management experience. In addition, I had the opportunity to become a contracted EPIC credentialed trainer and have assisted with 3 large EPIC implementations in the last 2 years. I am 6 months away from completing my BS in Healthcare Management- focus on informatics, I currently work as a Clinical Education Consultant for a very large vendor. I teach 16 different software products. I have now applied for a Clinical Implementation Specialist( Consultant) position ( mid- senior level) that will be working with our new CM software platform. I currently travel about 30% but this role requires extensive travel (75%) I am stumped regarding what to ask for when it comes to salary; the ranges I’m finding seem to be all over the board. I’m currently making 86,000/yr…. Any suggestions?
    Thanks,

    Carey
